About the College The College of Law and Political Science at Nawroz University

was established in the academic year 2004-2005 in Duhok Sity, Kurdistan

Region - Iraq. The college aspires to occupy a prominent academic position among

law colleges at the regional, national, and international levels. It seeks to

achieve this through its continuous commitment to building bridges of scientific

communication and academic partnerships with other universities , actively

exchanging expertise by organizing international and local conferences,

seminars, and workshops.

Furthermore, the college has always been dedicated to maintaining a highly

qualified faculty, with academic ranks ranging from Professor and Assistant

Professor to Lecturer, in the fields of Law, Political Science, and

International Relations. This teaching staff works as a unified team to educate

and prepare students throughout their years of study. Upon successful completion

of the curriculum, students are awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Law or

International Relations and Diplomacy.
