Nawroz University's Department of Law Organizes a Field Visit for Fifth-Year Students

On October 20, 2026, as part of efforts to enhance practical and applied skills among students, the Department of Law at Nawroz University organized a scientific field visit for fifth-year students to the Kurdistan Lawyers Syndicate - Duhok Branch. The visit took place under the direct supervision of the Head of the Law Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sulaiman Mohammad Sulaiman. The objective of this academic activity was to familiarize final-year students with professional and syndicate operations, as well as to give them a firsthand understanding of the duties and responsibilities awaiting them after graduation.

The academic delegation and students were warmly received by Mr. Dler Beker, Head of the Duhok Branch of the Lawyers Syndicate, who welcomed the visitors and expressed his pleasure regarding the visit of Nawroz University students. Furthermore, Mr. Dler Beker provided a comprehensive overview of the Syndicate's role in regulating the legal profession, protecting lawyers' rights, and its vital contribution to enforcing the rule of law in society. At the conclusion of the visit, the Head of the Law Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sulaiman Mohammad Sulaiman, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Lawyers Syndicate in Duhok and to the Head of the Branch for their warm reception and ongoing cooperation with the university in supporting the students' educational process.
