On Saturday, 19 September 2026, the College of Law and Political Science at Nawroz University held a seminar titled “Legislative Balance between Levels of Government in a Federal State.” The seminar was presented by Bewar A. Mohammed Ameen Nirway, a faculty member in the Department of Law.
The presentation was followed by a discussion in which attendees raised questions about the division of legislative powers between different levels of government.
