History

The Department of Civil Engineering has been a cornerstone of Nawroz University’s College of Engineering since the department’s establishment in 2021. From its inception, the department has been dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering education aligned with national and international standards. Over the years, it has expanded its academic programs, research capabilities, and community engagement initiatives, evolving into one of the region’s leading civil engineering programs. The department has consistently adapted to the dynamic demands of the construction and infrastructure sectors, equipping graduates with the knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding necessary to address contemporary engineering challenges.
