Nawroz University Opens Registration for New Students for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Nawroz University officially opened registration for new students for the 2026–2027 academic year on Saturday, 19 September 2026, welcoming prospective students and their families to the University from the early morning hours.

As part of the University leadership’s follow-up on the registration process, President of Nawroz University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, accompanied by Vice President for Scientific Affairs Prof. Dr. Muayad Aghali Merza and Vice President for Administrative, Financial and Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Hoger Taher Tawfiq, visited the registration site to observe the process and the arrangements in place for welcoming students and providing them with the necessary guidance and assistance.

Dedicated registration teams received students and provided them with information and guidance on the registration process, available academic programmes, admission requirements, and other relevant procedures. The teams also responded to students’ enquiries and assisted them in exploring programmes that best match their interests and academic qualifications.

This year’s registration comes as Nawroz University continues to expand its academic programmes and areas of specialisation, particularly in medical, scientific, and technological fields, alongside its established programmes in languages, engineering, administration and economics, law, and other disciplines. This diversity provides students with a wide range of opportunities to pursue their university education in line with their ambitions and future career goals.

Nawroz University continues to welcome prospective students and invites eligible secondary-school and institute graduates to visit the University, explore the available programmes and opportunities, and receive direct guidance from the registration teams, who are available to assist students throughout the registration process.
