Leadership
The College of Pharmacy leadership crew, more or less guided by Dean Prof. Dr. Muayd Aghali and held up by the College Council, is aiming for a strategic direction that pushes for academic superiority and pharmaceutical innovation, all together. In practice we try to shape a welcoming, respectful atmosphere, where student success is actually encouraged. At the same time, we back faculty research and we keep academic integrity respected. The administration keeps a close eye on how academic progress moves, and also on the lab teaching quality so everything stays in full alignment with Bologna Process requirements. This organized method means the college can keep tuning its education goals research goals, and its healthcare mission too, step by step. Along the way we also cultivate solid collaborations with health providers and the pharmaceutical industry which is pretty important.
