This study aims to highlight two important concepts in the field of business administration in general and strategic management in particular by examining the levels of strategic intelligence, represented by its dimensions of foresight, vision, motivation, partnership, and strategic thinking, and their role in achieving administrative creativity through its key requirements, namely originality, fluency, analytical ability, sensitivity to problems, and flexibility, at Nawroz University. The study also seeks to identify the relationship and the impact between strategic intelligence and administrative creativity. The study population comprised all academic and administrative leaders at the university under investigation, including the university president, vice presidents, deans, and heads of academic and administrative departments. The total number of participants was 37, all of whom constituted the study sample selected through purposive sampling. The study further sought to answer the main research question concerning the relationship and impact between the dimensions of strategic intelligence as the independent variable and the requirements of administrative creativity as the dependent variable from the perspective of the university's academic and administrative leaders. To achieve the objectives of the study, an exploratory research approach was adopted. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire as the primary instrument and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The findings revealed that the application of the dimensions of strategic intelligence plays a significant role in achieving the requirements of administrative creativity. The results also demonstrated a statistically significant effect of strategic intelligence, as an independent variable, on administrative creativity, as the dependent variable. Based on these findings, the study proposes several recommendations, most notably the need to strengthen and develop strategic intelligence among the study sample.
