About the Department
The Department of Software Engineering at Nawroz University was established in 2023. The first batch of students was accepted in the academic year 2023-2024 as a means to receive the Bachelor degree in Software Engineering.
It is dedicated to producing world-class software architects capable of driving global digital innovation. Established to meet the critical industrial demand for advanced computing professionals, our program bridges fundamental computer science with rigorous engineering methodologies.
We focus heavily on the complete software development lifecycle, empowering students to master clean code architecture, cloud computing, full-stack development, and enterprise system design. Through hands-on laboratory experimentation, students transform abstract algorithms into dependable, production-ready software solutions.
The period of study is four (4) years and the language of instruction is English. Only graduates of the scientific branch, preparatory schools are admitted to the department.
