On Sunday, October 25, 2026, the Psychology Department at the College of Languages, Nawroz University, held an academic seminar on "Thinking Patterns According to Aaron Beck ," presented by Assistant Lecturer Ali Abdulqader Mohammed at the FAQI TAYRAN Hall.
In this seminar, cognitive distortions and the negative thinking patterns identified by Aaron Beck which have a negative impact on human emotions and behaviors were discussed.
