History

The Department of Physiotherapy was established in the College of Science at Nawroz University during the academic year 2025–2026, marking a significant milestone in the university’s continuing expansion of scientific and healthcare education. The establishment of the department reflects the university’s commitment to responding to the increasing demand for qualified rehabilitation and physiotherapy professionals within the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
