Since 2024, Abdullah Ibrahim has served as an Assistant Lecturer at the College of Law and Politics, Nawroz University. He obtained his Master's degree in Private Law (Civil Law) in 2023 from the College of Law and Politics, University of Duhok. His master's thesis, entitled Legal Issues Arising from the Sale of Buildings Under Construction, examined the legal challenges arising from transactions involving incomplete construction projects. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Duhok in 2006. In the same year, he became a member of the Kurdistan Bar Association and has since practiced law before the courts of the Kurdistan Region. As a practicing attorney and legal consultant, he has accumulated nearly two decades of professional experience in litigation, legal advocacy, and dispute resolution. Following the completion of his Master's degree, he began his academic career at Nawroz University. During the 2024–2025 academic year, he taught Personal Status Law, and in the 2025–2026 academic year, he taught Company Law at the College of Law and Politics. His extensive legal practice, combined with his academic responsibilities, enables him to integrate legal theory with practical application, thereby enriching students' understanding of legal principles. His research interests focus primarily on Civil Law and it's related branches.
