I am Dr. Nashwan Khalid Saleh, holding a PhD in Private Law (Civil Law) from the College of Law, University of Duhok .My area expertise are private law ( Civil law) ." I was first appointed as an Assistant Lecturer in 2011 by the Technical Institute Education - Erbil, then as a Lecturer in 2021, and subsequently applied for the rank of Assistant Professor. I have held numerous administrative positions in higher education. Currently, I am the Director of the Legal and Political Research Center at the College of Law, University of Duhok. I have taught at many public and private universities and institutes for fifteen years, covering a wide range of legal courses, including: Introduction to Law, Introduction to Law in English, History of Law, Obligations (Sources and Provisions), Civil Contracts, Real rights, Commercial Law, Personal Status Law (Marriage and Divorce), Personal Status Law (Inheritance and Wills), Civil Procedure and Evidence Law, Execution Law, and Civil Service Laws. He has dozens of research papers published in international and domestic peer-reviewed journals, including in the field of private law.
