Najim A. Siddiq is a Lecturer and currently serves as the Head of the English Department at the College of Languages, Nawroz University. He holds a Master of Arts in English, with a specialized focus on Linguistics. His teaching expertise encompasses core linguistic subjects, including Grammar, Syntax, and Morphology. As a researcher in linguistics, he actively contributes to the academic community through leadership and collaboration with university staff. Mr. Siddiq views university teaching as a prestigious vocation، a goal achieved through persistence and the overcoming of academic challenges to reach the highest levels of certification. Beyond the classroom, he believes the mission of a university teacher is to be an educator, a role model, and a director within the academic environment. He maintains that a university's responsibility extends beyond granting degrees; it must actively contribute to society by identifying local problems and providing scientific solutions through rigorous research conducted by its faculty.
