Dr. Hawar Nuraldeen Hussein is an accomplished academic, legal scholar, and professional consultant based in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Public Law from Mansoura University in Egypt, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Nawroz University. With over a decade of experience bridging academia and legal practice, Dr. Hussein currently serves as a Lecturer of Administrative Law and Financial Legislation at the University of Zakho. He has held prominent leadership positions, including Vice Dean of the College of Law and Politics at Nawroz University and Vice Dean of the Duhok Private Institute. In addition to his academic roles, he has operated as a Legal Advisor and practicing lawyer since 2011, providing expert risk assessment and regulatory counsel. Dr. Hussein actively contributes to the broader legal community through impactful research and publication. He co-authored a comprehensive legal book examining Iraqi civil service regulations and has published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles focusing on administrative oversight, public funds, and international criminal law. His ongoing teaching and research directly support the development of future legal professionals and academic frameworks within regional institutions. -
