Nawroz University Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Institute of Computer - Duhok

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, Nawroz University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Computer - Duhok as part of the University’s efforts to strengthen cooperation with educational and training institutions and expand opportunities for students and graduates.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Nawroz University by its President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, and on behalf of the Institute of Computer - Duhok by its Director, Ms. Bafreen Wadallah Ahmed.

The MoU aims to develop cooperation between the two institutions in educational and training fields through the organization of joint courses, workshops, and activities, as well as strengthening communication between the two institutions in ways that contribute to developing the skills of students and graduates.

The agreement also provides opportunities for the Institute’s graduates to benefit from the offers and facilities provided by Nawroz University for those wishing to pursue their university studies, in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions.

This MoU is part of Nawroz University’s ongoing efforts to expand its partnerships with educational and training institutions and promote cooperation that serves students and provides them with broader opportunities for academic and professional development.
