Phantom
In this lab, students practice their first clinical procedures on dental simulators, called “phantom heads,” mounted directly on their lab benches. Every station is equipped with realistic models, dental lights and high-speed handpieces. This allows students to safely carry out cavity preparations, filling and crown work in a controlled environment and develop hand coordination, posture and technical skills before going into the real clinic.
