Today, October 6, 2026, at Nawroz University – College of Administration and Economics, Assistant Lecturer Sazan Khaleel Ghazi presented a seminar titled "Think Like a Banker: Inside the Decisions Customers Never See" to the college's academic staff, as part of the university’s academic activities and duties.
The seminar used an interactive, case-based approach to explore how banking decisions are made by balancing customer service, risk, compliance, and business value. It also highlighted the importance of risk-based thinking in understanding transactions and determining when additional information is needed before a decision is made. At the end of the seminar, an open discussion session was held, allowing the attending faculty members to exchange ideas, insights, and perspectives on the topic.
