Today, September 29, 2026, at Nawroz University – College of Administration and Economics, Assistant Lecturer Reem Ali Younis presented a seminar titled "Digital Transformation and Its Impact on Redesigning Human Resources Functions" to the college's academic staff, as part of the university’s academic activities and duties.
During the seminar, the impact of digital transformation was discussed as one of the contemporary topics in the field of work organizations, highlighting its significant role in transforming and redesigning HR functions. At the end of the presentation, an open discussion session was held, allowing the attending faculty members to exchange ideas, insights, and perspectives on the topic.
