Today, (24/6/2026), a scientific seminar was presented by faculty member (Dr. Adnan Ahmed Mohammed) from Nawroz University, Department of Business Administration in the College of Administration and Economics During this scientific seminar, light on two important topics in the fields of strategic management and organizational theory in a number of private hospitals in Duhok Governorate through the theoretical and practical aspects, by explaining and clarifying the concepts of strategic lens and organizational excellence with their dimensions as indicators of measurement for the two main variables. On the other hand, in the field, a special questionnaire form prepared specifically for this purpose was distributed in order to collect and analyze data. At the end of the seminar, the most important conclusions and special proposals were indicated for the concerned parties, represented by the private hospitals under study, in addition to the General Directorate of Health in Duhok Governorate, and the Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan Region. Finally, the floor was opened for discussion, and the professors present expressed their observations, suggestions, and inquiries, which were answered by the researcher.
