Muaid Muhamad Abdlqader is a Lecturer in the Department of Law at Nawroz University since 2015. He also currently serves as the Director of the Center for Assessment and Quality Assurance (CAQA) since 2019. He earned a Doctorandus (drs.) degree in International Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands where he studied from 1999 to 2003. His academic background also includes a BA in English Language from the university of Mosul. He has participated in several activities regarding development and enhancement of academic quality and institutional assessment in higher education, and have been awarded certificates such as the Training of Trainers (TOT) certification for Pedagogy which he earned from Häme University of Applied Science in Finland in the year 2018. His academic and professional interests include International Law, Constitutional Law, Higher Education, and Quality Assurance. Through his academic, teaching and quality assurance responsibilities, he is involved in both education and the development of academic quality in higher education.
