Suzan Hani Shukri is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of English, College of Languages, at Nawroz University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Cihan University and a Master's degree in Linguistics from the University of Duhok. Her academic expertise is in linguistics, English language teaching, and language education. She has taught a number of undergraduate courses, including Linguistics, Phonetics, Listening and Speaking, Reading and Writing, and General English for non-departmental courses. Her research focus is on applied linguistics, English language teaching, and the integration of artificial intelligence in language education. In addition, she contributes to the academic community through research, seminars, and departmental activities that support both student learning and professional development. She aims to create an engaging learning environment among students where they are encouraged to think critically and communicate in the English language effectively.
