I am Dr. Fatima Firas Mahmood, a lecturer and researcher at the College of Pharmacy, University of Duhok, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. I hold a Master’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry and have extensive experience in pharmaceutical sciences, medicinal chemistry, and biomedical research. My expertise includes medicinal chemistry, molecular modeling, drug design, synthesis of heterocyclic compounds, and antimicrobial research. My research interests also extend to computational chemistry and the discovery and development of novel therapeutic agents. I actively contribute to the academic community through research collaboration, student mentoring, peer review, and participation in academic and scientific committees .
