I am a Biology graduate currently working as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Colleges of Medical and Health Sciences of Nawroz University. I began my professional career at the university on June 1, 2025, with a strong commitment to academic excellence, scientific research, and the development of future healthcare professionals.In addition to my teaching and research responsibilities, I serve as a focal point member working with the university’s Information Technology (IT) team, representing both the Medical Laboratory Science and Physiotherapy departments. This responsibility involves supporting communication and coordination between the academic departments and the IT team, helping facilitate the effective use of technological resources, and contributing to the improvement of digital services and administrative processes within the university.                 

    My academic background in Biology has provided me with a solid foundation in biological sciences, laboratory techniques, microbiology, and the scientific principles underlying human health and disease. Through my role at the university, I contribute to teaching activities, laboratory sessions, and the academic development of students in medical and health sciences programs. I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to develop critical thinking, practical laboratory skills, scientific curiosity, and a deeper understanding of biological concepts. 

   Furthermore, to my teaching responsibilities, I am interested in scientific research and the practical application of biological knowledge in medical laboratory sciences. I believe that research plays an essential role in advancing scientific understanding, improving laboratory practices, and supporting evidence-based healthcare. I am committed to continuously expanding my knowledge, improving my professional skills, and keeping up with developments in biology and related medical sciences. As an academic staff member, I value professionalism, teamwork, accuracy, and lifelong learning. I strive to support both students and colleagues through effective communication, responsible laboratory practices, and a dedication to high-quality education. My long-term goal is to further develop my expertise in biological and medical laboratory sciences, contribute to meaningful scientific research, and play an active role in improving the quality of university education and scientific practice.
