Biography
Rondik Salih Zekr is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Nawroz University. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management, from the University of Duhok. Her teaching expertise covers: Principles of Management 1 & 2, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Time and Crisis Management, and International Business Administration. She has published several peer-reviewed research articles in accredited journals, including studies on Strategic Agility and Strategic Reputation (Nawroz University Academic Journal, 2023), Knowledge-Sharing Practices (2025), Strategic Readiness and Entrepreneurial Success, and Human Resource Re-engineering for Strategic Renewal. She actively contributes to the academic community by delivering high-quality instruction, supporting student development, and engaging in scientific research that advances the field of business administration.
