Biography
Haval Bankin Qasim is an Assistant Lecturer at the College of Administration and Economics, Nawroz University, in Duhok, Iraq. Currently in the final stage of his PhD, his academic qualifications provide a strong foundation in accounting, business administration, and operations management. His core expertise lies at the intersection of financial systems, sustainable development, and advanced artificial intelligence methodologies. His research investigates complex modern economic challenges, specializing in applying machine learning frameworks like GMM and GRU to analyze electronic payments and financial markets.
