Biography
Dr. Hilovan Husni Othman has been a dedicated Lecturer at Nawroz University’s College of Administration and Economics since 2014. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management, Dr. Hilovan was awarded the academic title of Assistant Lecturer in 2016 and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Professor in 2025. Throughout their tenure, he has actively participated in numerous scholarly activities and events at both the college and university levels, including seminars, symposia, and scientific conferences. Additionally, he has served on various university committees, including the Examination Committee and the Student Discipline Committee. Dr. Hilovan has held numerous administrative and scientific positions within the college, including: 1. Accounting Department Rapporteur, College of Administration and Economics (2016–2019). 2. Vice-Dean of the College of Administration and Economics (2019–2022). 3. Head of the Department of Tourism Sciences (2022–Present, Acting on behalf). 4. Dean of the Faculty of Administration and Economics (2024–Present).
