Biography
Hawar Bahzad Ahmad is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Nawroz University, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Zakho and an M.Sc. in Multimedia from Universiti Putra Malaysia, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science. His academic expertise includes computer graphics, game development, computer architecture, microprocessors, robotics, embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Throughout his academic career, he has published research in reputable international journals and has developed several innovative robotics and IoT-based systems, integrating intelligent technologies with practical engineering applications. His current research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, environmental monitoring, smart cities, big data analytics, and intelligent decision support systems. As an educator, he teaches undergraduate courses in computer graphics, game development, computer architecture, microprocessors, and networking, emphasizing hands-on learning and research-driven education. He actively contributes to the academic community through scientific research, curriculum development, supervision of undergraduate projects, mentoring students, reviewing academic work, and participating in conferences, workshops, and collaborative research initiatives that promote innovation and academic excellence.
