Biography
Dr. Faris Ali Jangeer holds a Ph.D. in Public Law with a specialization in Administrative Law and holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor. With a strong academic and professional background in public and administrative law, Dr. Faris has contributed to legal education through teaching appointments at Nawroz University and the University of Duhok, where they taught and mentored students in various areas of law.
In addition to an academic career, Dr. Faris currently serves as a Consultant at the Kurdistan Region Shura Council, providing legal expertise on legislative and administrative matters. Their work combines scholarly research with practical experience in public governance, contributing to the development and interpretation of administrative law and public policy.
Dr. Faris's academic interests include administrative law, public law, legislative drafting, and legal reform. Through teaching, research, and public service, they remain committed to advancing legal scholarship and supporting the rule of law and effective public administration.
