Mohammed Ghareeb Mala Mohammed is a pharmacist, pharmacology researcher, and academic staff member at the College of Pharmacy, Nawroz University, in Duhok, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Duhok in 2019, graduating first in his class, and completed his Master’s degree in Pharmacology in 2026.

His expertise encompasses pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutics, and pharmaceutical research. In addition to his academic career, he has extensive pharmaceutical industry experience, having worked in the pharmaceutical sector.

His major achievements include graduating first in his undergraduate class, successfully completing his Master’s thesis, and publishing research on the association between vitamin D, digital screen time, and dry eye syndrome among health sciences students at the University of Duhok. His research interests focus on pharmacological sciences, medication use, public health, and evidence-based healthcare.

In his academic role, he contributes to pharmacy education through teaching, student supervision, seminar participation, and the development of educational materials. He is committed to fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and practical knowledge among pharmacy students. Through research, collaboration with academic colleagues, and participation in scientific activities, he aims to advance pharmaceutical education, promote evidence-based practice, and contribute to the development of future healthcare professionals in the Kurdistan Region.
