Biography
Bizhyan Mahdi Mustafa is a specialist dentist and academic in the field of Conservative
Dentistry, based in Duhok, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Conservative Dentistry from the University of Duhok, College of Dentistry. Her professional expertise includes restorative dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, direct and indirect restorations, veneers, and smile design. She is the founder of Dr. Bizhyan Dental Clinic, established in 2023, where she provides dental treatments with a focus on functional, aesthetic, and patient-centered care. Her academic achievements include postgraduate research on "Cleaning Efficacy and Antibacterial Effectiveness of Different Final Irrigation Activation Techniques." She has also completed specialized training in aesthetic dentistry, dental photography, Digital Smile Design, and ceramic veneers. In addition, she has pursued further professional development in orthodontics. Currently, she contributes to dental education and clinical practice at Nawroz University. Her teaching and research interests include conservative dentistry, endodontics, restorative materials, and aesthetic dental treatments. Through her academic, clinical, and research activities, she aims to enhance students' clinical competencies, promote evidence-based dental practice, and contribute to the advancement of dental education and patient care.
