Nawroz University Organized its First Nawroz Festival
Nawroz University organized its first Nawroz Festival for the upcoming Kurdish New Year on Sunday, 20/3/2022 at University campus.
The festival was set to encourage the community to get more involved with the different aspects of Kurdish culture, including an art exhibition for Kurdish related paintings, folk dances, material heritage and popular Kurdish dishes. It is worth noting that the festival had numerous attendees, including Prof. Dr. Abdulwahab Khalid Mosa, the President of NU and Dr. Mohammedali Yaseen Taha, the Vice President of NU.
